Youth Ministry Futures
Brand System · v0.13

The YMF brand system.

How Youth Ministry Futures speaks for itself — voice, typography, colour, components. One consistent system, carried across every surface YMF publishes. Version 0.1.

Who it's for

Built for the people who write, design, and build alongside us.

The team, future hires, partner designers, the developer working at midnight on a campaign landing page. Every example on every page of this system uses real YMF copy — never placeholder, never lorem ipsum. The whole site is both a guideline and a specimen of itself.

v0.13 covers foundations, voice, and a starter component set. Application surfaces — email, social tiles, slide masters, application forms — are scoped for v0.2.

The system at work

A specimen of the stat-display pattern.

The system's signature visual move, set with real YMF figures. The same pattern documents the rest of the data YMF publishes.

80%+
of youth ministry roles in Australia are part-time. The system cannot sustain what it asks of people.
70%+
of young people raised in the church leave by the age of thirty.
1 in 4
Australian churches have no 12–18 year olds in ministry at all.
9
Median number of young people per church where any are present.

The figures are also the case for YMF's existence. The work of the rest of this system is to carry them — and the voice they are set in — consistently, wherever they appear.

Why this system exists

A future where every young Australian has access to a youth minister who stays.

The YMF vision is one sentence. This system exists to carry it — and the voice that holds it — consistently across every page, post, email, and slide YMF publishes.

“Not a pitch. An honest account. If you’re considering joining the Fellowship, working with our team or partnering with us in some way — this is the clearest picture we can give you of what you’re stepping into.”
