Email Signature
Credentials, not decoration.
The signature carries your credentials so the body of the email does not have to. Use it consistently on all external correspondence. On reply chains, remove it after the first exchange. Do not use it on internal team emails — your name is enough.

The full signature is used on first contact. The reply signature — name and contact only — is used on subsequent exchanges in the same thread.
